Very disappointed to say I will not be making another purchase from Home Depot again. Very unorganized store, unorganized employees and management that has no clue how to problem solve. I've never tried so hard to buy something in my life. After ordering the measurements for my blinds and selecting the "in stock" blinds to put in my home, it was over two months until I was able to get them all in. I came in the League City store today to find a product that is nearing the end of the season. I asked an employee to help me find it, and he said they didn't have anymore due to the time of year. Eric was behind the customer service desk and he helped me look up the item on the computer. The item was a picnic table I wanted for my classroom. Several stores nearby had some in stock, so Eric helped me order one, and then he waited on hold for 10 minutes to call the other store and make sure they would be able to assemble it f... read more
My boyfriends truck was vandalized in the Home Depot parking lot today and when he went to notify management the management told him "they don't own the parking lot, it isn't their property". Not only was he rude and inconsiderate my boyfriend was just trying to alert them to the problem they didn't have to act that way. I would not recommend this location because they obviously do not care about their customers whatsoever.
