RecommendedAfter going to 2 Home Depot stores I ended up at the one on El Dorado..customer service was great except for the one in Galveston..no acknowledgements what so ever and the closest store to me..not again
I disagree with some of the things that I have read on are you our Facebook page I went into the store in League City Texas bought a patio porch cover from you all it’s toll up with in eight months your customer service and you’re manager there Mr. Alvin and Diane looked at me as if though I was crazy and now I’m over Home Depot and I have been a shopper there for 35 years no longer
I want to give huge kudos to Lori in the paint department. I had to wait 20 minutes in line today as she was alone - 4 customers ahead of me, but she was very attentive and friendly to all of us and making sure our orders were correct. She went out of her way to help match my paint in spite of other customers behind me. She gave us all excellent customer service!!! Great job Lori!!
I am about one more trip to Home Depot away from no longer being a customer there. I am a veteran with veteran status listed on my state ID, yet I keep being told that I need to have a specific ID from the VA in order to receive the 10% discount. I am a fan of Home Depot, but am slowly turning towards Lowe' s which is literally across the street from Home Depot. They even have a way to process the discount online, and Home Depot does not. get with the times Home Depot!
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! They gave my provider flack in returning something for me, I am paralyzed n hard for me to get out often. His ID was EXPIRED, the item was a mere$4.97. They treated him like a thief! I called n I had to b present with my ZID IN ORDER to get the $5.37 return!
Too many self checkout lines!! Will soon stop shopping here.
Sales and management are lacking. I went to buy a refrigerator, website price in hand but wanting to buy in person... I should have stayed home. After promising the price would be the same, questioning the $300+ jump prior to charging only to be told I didn't add all the items to my online cart and charged anyway. I ended up "returning" the item in store *I asked for a manager, to be sent the same lady who didn't help to begin with* #pointless and ordered the item online in the parking lot for $350 less than the store charge... read more
