I went here and was first in line had another African American standing in line behind me then a Caucasian man behind us. The associated which was Caucasian looked passed us and ask the Caucasian man could he help him granted he’s third in line. I went backed the next day to return my tool I rented it was pouring rain. Home Depot in League City mixed a few hundred dollars worth of paint for me yesterday and I came to pick it up this morning with PAID receipt. Now they won't let me have my paint because someone at the store didn't do their paperwork properly. They are saying I already took the paint when it's clearly in the store. HOPE I DON'T GO TO JAIL!!
Update y'all's inventory. Quit waisting people's time and fuel here in Texas. Incompetent employees
I Bought a new power cord for my dryer yesterday and it fried my dryer and possibly damaged my wires in the wall. Am doing management won't do anything to replace my dryer since their equipment was faulty. So not happy
They were fantastic during Hurricane Harvey. They escorted each customer through the store and helped them find everything they needed! I haven't seen service like this in years!
Every time we go in there, the employees have always been so helpful and pleasant. They were great immediately after Ike and they have been great now before Harvey.
Was very helpful with my Eagle project and had everything we needed for the project.
When I worked there management encouraged "the personal touch"! On my last visit....all the plants were dead or dying and not a soul in sight??? I MISS MY HOME DEPOT FAMILY!
