Went into the store in League city and was going to buy an LG above range microwave. Well y’all didn’t have it instock. I asked her to search other stores said no one had it. Asked if it could be shipped to store said it would be 79.99 to have it shipped to the store. Pretty ridiculous. Went and bought it at Lowe’s for same price no delivery fee!! We are redoing our whole house I’ll make sure to do business with Lowe’s instead of Home Depot from now on!
Big fail Home Depot. I arrived 2 minutes after closing this evening and explained I had an emergency plumbing repair and needed 3 fittings and was not allowed in. Where's you compassion HD. 2 minutes and there were still people checking out. Think very carefully before renting any equipment. Rusty has a very poor way with words should you ask for any assistance or guidance. He will even go so far as to detail how he is paid, which does not include “helping dumbasses”. So does that mean he’s paid to insult and degrade customers? Bottom line, if you want public and expensive humiliation, go see Rusty!
Someone there is scanning your cards. My uncle bought his purchase of 191. An hour later someone there try to buy using his card for 300. His bank called him and notified him. We went and the lady at the returns/cashier was very ugly with attitude and all. Beaware they are all in on it.!! Why else would all of them act like they don't care !! Check your statements. If this had zero stars thats what they would get !!
Could get anyone to acknowledge me. At one time earlier in the year a few would.. Maybe the incentive is gone!! Need new kitchen cabinets.. I’ll shop around..

How dare you make your problems my fault. I ordered and paid for the supplies you said you had in stock. Once I arrived, it was made to be my fault that I ordered the product! Terrible customer service!
Place is unbelievably and understandably busy with all the hurricane Harvey rebuilders. Organized chaos going on around every corner on a Saturday. Employees have hundreds of customers to deal with all at once and during all this chaos, they all somehow had the internal Jesus like patience to keep a smile on their faces. I was very impressed with each person's willingness to step up and do a job even if it wasnt their job to do in the name of getting it done. Kudos, keep it up, we're almost rebuilt!
My sister ordered a tub, was told it was delivered, but they can’t find it and won’t refund it until they put “eyes on it!” #REFUND my sister, please. She’s already been screwed by #HurricaneHarvey and had no flood insurance- all she wants us her money so she can purchase another tub continue with construction. @homedepot
