Wonderful staff and I found value for money.
Horrible customer service can’t ever get ahold of them
It seems like the equipment is poorly maintained, which wasted my time and delayed my work. On top of that, some of the staff were rude and unprofessional and spoke to me with a bad attitude. I expected much better customer service and better-maintained rental equipment. I won’t be renting from this location again.
Tried getting a hold of Home Depot protest after waiting for amount of time the phone was hung up Called back to customer service explained and they said we can take care of you when I asked if they had 4 x 8 sheets of plastic lattice and black she didn’t know what I meant. She kept trying and trying and after 10 minutes on the phone, the phone was hung up not very pleased. I’ve heard others that have said they had the same trouble at Home Depot in Halifax.
