The overall store products are great but the customer service from the employees is on the decline. I originally helped set up the store and then worked there for almost 2 years. We were tought that each customer you walked by you greeted them and make sure they were finding things and assisted if they needed help and this is not the case anymore. I have never walked away from Home Depot mad. Only once we're we having an issue, and I explained it to the young man who was involved, and he didn't get mad, or defensive. He just resolved the issue to our liking and that was it. No complaint needed. Still see him there and friendly and way helpful. Thanks for all your help!!! Will be going back again. And telling all my friends!
