Zero customer service. Poor inventory control. Their computer shows stock (7) not found in the store. Since their computer shows 7 in stock they can not order it online to be delivered to the store or my home, even if I was to pay for the shipping! By the way, I drove 60+ miles one way to leave empty handed! I will NOT be back & will be closing my Home Depot charge account.
Well, Roseburg Home Depot finally screwed up. My wife went to get an item and went to pay for it at the register. The register by the entrance doors. You know, by the handicap parking. Well after giving the lady at the register a ten dollar bill my wife was due $.65 change. The clerk says "I can only give you $.50". What ?? I drove 2 hours away on a drive. Figured we'd stop in to grab some tape. We heard nothing but rude comments from most employees in the store. One guy yelled at a guy to cover his cough (please learn to speak respectfully) then at check out two girls are in line behind a few others and the cashier shouts what do you girls need? They politely say they needed to order something. They didn't have what we needed in stock either so I can see that dilemma. We will stay in Linn county for our shopping needs.
Get some halfway decent customer service!
I'm sitting here after taking a day off from the office to have appliances delivered. That was to be between 11:30 and 3:30. At 1:30 I was called and informed there would be a delay and it would be 4:30 or 5. It is now 5:29 and no reliable information as to when and if the delivery will be made. There is no excuse for this. Frankly, Ritchie Trucking is a mess and you should stop using them for deliveries.
I bought paint there last year at a sale and was told when I was ready to have color put in to just bring it back in. When I brought it back customer service was AMAZING and the paint department helped me so much. THANK YOU!
Been in the Roseburg, OR store three times trying to order blinds for our new home. They wont give you the time of day so after the 3rd try, we are done. Shame on you guys.
