I most always find what I’m looking for I not there is someone to help
if you order something online, dont expect them to make it a priority. they just told me " yea it arrived last night, so maybe tomorrow try back to pick it up". I am not kidding his exact words.
The girl working in appliances on the evening shift completely ignored us for upwards of 30 minutes. We wanted to look at the exhaust of a microwave unit that was on a high shelf. So we were finally able to track down another associate that loaned us a ladder so we could climb and look ourselves. While my 72 year old husband was on the ladder every associate disappeared. Nice clean men’s room - polite staff
Bought a refrigerator Nov 1st. They assured us it would be here before thanksgiving. They called today won't be delivered until Monday grrrrrr. Thanks to Asst. Manager Dan for not returning a follow call to my husband like he said he would. Purchasing a new stove and dishwasher soon. We,will be going to Tims appliance in Roseburg.
We needed to replace a dryer that had quit. The need was Dire as my mother is on hospice period because of her condition her sheets night clothes blankets towels all have to be washed several times a day. We had to wait a long time to get the dryer but when it was delivered it was defective. Long story short is that we need an appliance and we needed one now.
