I would encourage anyone purchasing shrubs/trees to check out their return policy. We bought 5 arborvitea last month, four out of the five are dead. Only one still healthy!! Can we get our money back?? Only if we dig up the five foot arborvitea and return them!! They have a 90 day return policy with receipt and the dead shrubs. Crazy, I would love to bag them up and dump them on their courtesy counter, minus the bags! Still haven't heard back from the company on my email detailing my disgust with their policy. Buyer beware!
The Home Depot sold us a fridge that didn't work. $3300..... It should have made me breakfast already. But no. After two weeks of BS with them. Not to mention the $250 extra paid warranty that they can't get someone to come to do repair work. I had to put the new fridge in a different spot and had to drill a new water line. Now the line is leaking and had to shut off the water. No shower tonight. So FUCK YOU Home Depot!!!!! I will see y'all tomorrow. Ain't done with you yet.

Very friendly and helpful until I got to the checkout. Got greeted with a scowl and a snotty attitude. Second time I got filthy looks from this employee and only time I have actually interacted with her. I guess every place you go is a mixed bag.
Stay away from Rick in the appliances. He's super slow and doesn't seem to wanna be too helpful. Says you can't buy a floor model then the mnger steps in after I have decided on a different purchase. Idk about this place. But Cindy in the service desk is worth seeing again
I can't say enough bad things about this store. From irresponsibly employes who loose paperwork I call in to faulty equipment this store is completely incapable of proving a 100% positive experience. I am now going to have to make another 100 miles trip back to Home Depot to return the SECOOND 3,500W generator. The first came with no wheel barrings and kept shutting off and the new generator came with no oil caps so I have no idea whats down in the engine.
