I placed an online order for curbside pickup in The Dalles. I selected The Dalles...the ap decided I wanted to pick up in Albany! I tried to change it...no one answered on the 800 number, or my email, so I called the Dalles store and they said they can’t do anything about it...I need to call the 800 number. I said I’m on hold forever...long wait times. They said, “ I’m sorry but you need to call the 800 #. What a joke.

I like their products & the customer service is pretty good, it is a Big store so it’s understandable that it would be difficult to be everywhere at once. I do think they should have bathrooms @ the opposite end as well. Awesome store!!!! 💯
I hate to sound surprised... but, I received excellent service on the sales floor today. :) I'm used to having to hunt down help, but I didn't have to hunt for anyone at this location. Thank you to the staff and management for enforcing such great practices. :)

I purchased five appliances at once. It was my understanding that my stove and dishwasher would be installed. I purchased all the support items for their installation. I paid for my old dishwasher to be hauled away. Today they showed up with the items, however, they said they were not scheduled to install the new dishwasher! Said they do not install Bosch dishwashers! If they had told me that, why would I have paid for them to haul away my old one? STAY AWAY from this store. DO NOT buy appliances - they lose them! I put it all on Yelp. Watch yourself! I can't get any help from anyone (Kim, Summer, the store manager Lucas, and Edgar). I've had this problem so long I know everyone there by name. Save yourself and go anywhere else! You can't get help! (Ordered a washer and dryer months ago. Now they have my money and no washer/dryer at all.)
