I bought a dishwasher through home depot, it quit working, I bought the warranty on this kitchenaid dishwasher and called in to have it fixed. The earliest that home depot could get someone out to look at it was just over 5 weeks, they ordered the parts and they arrived, but the next appointment that they could make was a month later. The service techs do not notify you of ETA, but they give you a window from 8-5 so you HAVE to stay in your house the entire day until they arrive or else you will get a note like I did today s... read more
Just went through twice this morning, first cashier was polite and respectful gave my Dad his military discount no problem. 2nd cashier denied my Dad his military discount despite having both his DD214 and State issued license stating that he's a veteran. I understand this is a corporate issue but having friends and family who have worked or still work at Home Depot I am well aware the ability of cashier's to issue discounts. Like the store but the worst carpet installation contractor I've ever had. This is my third time purchasing carpet from this store and they must have changed installers over the last few years. This is the worst experience I've ever had .
THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE MOSTLY RUDE AND NOT VARY HELPFUL WELL I LIKE SHOPPING THERE BUT THE HELP ISN'T VARY GOOD AT ALL I SAY TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE JUST REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE!!!!
When you type in a request you get every thing except what you asked for
Super rude lady at the return desk, had very poor customer service skills.
