If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They have a lot of employees standing around talking, but ask for help & they scatter & you never see them again! Twice in one week we had problems getting anyone to load building supplies. This store will not stay open with Menards in town with the service they provide. After today I will be closing out my HomeDepotcard & transferring my business to Menards. You shouldn't have to chase down help in any store.
Folks if u want carpet installed do not go to HOME DEPOT. the associates will tell you installation will be on one day and then you go back to them and they tell you it will be different day. They will give you the run around due to the fact they only have one carpet installer. I asked about hiring carpet installers from town. Their response was well its not that easy to do. You would think that they would have more than one carpet installer since its all that they do. MARTY WARD!!!
Thank you for hosting the emergency preparedness day for kids. The kids loved making the fire truck models and blowing the police siren. Fun day!
Poor customer service could not buy washer dryer no one would help me or take my money Menards was happy to take it
Not real happy with pb hd. Buying kitchen cabinets and they matched menards price for same type of cabinets (which was good) but when it came time to buy them they would not take my 10% off coupon for special order cabinets Which would have saved me over 400 dollars they said they had already used coupon in price matching This coupon is put out for the consumer to use not the store!
