I just wanted to thank Andy for the help that he provided when I had questions about changing the elements in my hot water heater. He was very informative and extremely nice. Thanks again Andy for the help and for explaining step by step what I needed to do.

How wonderful to see that that while they are not the least bit helpful to their customer base here in Poplar Bluff, at least they are not hesitant to help out when a national crisis occurs. I, personally, won't buy from them ever again after the way I was treated the last 4 times I went. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt because everyone doesn't have a great day every day, but Yikes!
I'm visiting my elderly mother in Poplar Bluff this week from Michigan. Mom needed a footstool to aid her getting in/out of bed. We checked other stores, but none had what she needed. We went to HD and after explaining what we were looking for, Bill in the millwork department was able to fashion a stool from sturdy wood that was just perfect. When Momma's happy...everybody's happy. Thanks to Bill and the management crew for putting a smile on her face.
