I am so proud of the Poplar Bluff Home Depot for all of the donations and volunteers for helping with the floods in our area. So grateful for this company and employees for having caring and giving hearts.. ♡♡♡♡

I bought 200 dollars in Berh paint on Friday and asked the paint associate, "If I don't end up needing all of this can I return what I don't need?" He replied, "Absolutely no problem there." I went back today (Sunday) and guess what the store's policy is? No returns on mixed paint! How freaking ridiculous! I talked to the manager and she (rudley) told me the story policy is.. I ordered carpet over a month ago & paid for it also had to pay for measurement. Still haven't been installed. Keep lying & changing installation date.I will never shop there again. Will go to Cape Girardeau store.
This place is a joke. We asked an employee for help, he said he would be right back with help, 20 mins later we realized he wasnt coming back. Asked another employee for help he was very willing to help but another 20 mins still NO help. i finally called the manager from the store to be told she had several call ins & apologized. We over heard one employees tell another "stay away from the front! Their needing help up there!" So they took off to the back to hide.
