Second major appliance bought from Lowes, strictly because HD wasn't interested enough to staff the Appliance department. Wanted a question or two answered on microwaves this evening. Found an associate sitting behind a screen staring intently at her cell phone. Asked if she could help but she was unable to. She said she'd find someone who could and went back to her cell phone. After waiting for 30 minutes we gave up. Will drive the 40 or so miles to the closest Lowe's and I'm sure we'll find what we're looking for, again. S... read more
