I went to Home depot last Sunday Sept 13, 2020 to pick up a homedepot.com order. In the tracking it was saying it was ready for pick. When i got there, non from the customer service know the status. They asked me to call i 1800 number. It turned out that the tool box i ordered was damaged and now is out of stock. To make up for the hassle, homedepot,com told me to get a tool box that is $100 more than what i bought ( which was very nice). Customer service is awful - honestly the worst I have EVER experienced. My sister bought a washing machine from here on a Wednesday and had it installed on Friday. The washing machine was BROKEN and when tried to return she was told the return policy was 48 hours, which she was not informed of when purchasing. The policy was expired before the washing machine was even installed! How was she supposed to know it was broken before installing it? I purchased a tragger grill on January 5 it was scheduled for delivery on the 11th when delivered was not put together so they took back to store and put together then I had to reschedule for another delivery in which I asked to to be delivered after 2pm on January 18 the driver called at 10 am said he would be delivering the grill after I told him that there was no one home he said he would check with supervisor I never heard back from him I was informed of a 8 hour window for delivery my grill was finally delivered Saturda... read more

employees dont seem to care. isles are alwase full of pallets. can never find anyone to help. I'm a contractor and this is the worst Home depot iv been to. gotta be a management issue.
Better customer service to start with and the pro's they have are nothing to write home about. The installers that came to do my flooring walked off the job. He said was going to lunch and never came back. I also paid to have my windows measured for blinds and it was over a month and did not hear from anybody. I called and was told someone would call me that day and never heard back for 2 days and was told to call who ever so nobody still called me.. I don't think i will be shopping there for a long time
