Great Store always come here fory home needs
Nobody on the floor to help. I had to go to the paint department to get help after looking for about 15 minutes for what I needed. I ended up having to settle for strings for my weed whacked that are bigger than what I need. Not surprising because every time I have to go to Home Depot, it’s a horrible experience. Just as bad as when I needed carpet, flooring and blinds and made the mistake of ordering from Home Depot last year. Which is another horrible story. I want to give a big shout out to Dorothy, Appliance Specialist. She was a tremendous help to us during our purchase of new washer and dryer and refrigerator at Chehalis store on 10.4.2018.
Do Not buy the Home Depot Protection Plan !! I have missed 7 days of work trying to get my fridge repaired without a resolution. Try living without a fridge for a MONTH in August...Ice isn't cheap, but their protection plan is worthless.
I bought a new fridge on June 15th and for some reason it stopped putting out cold air on July 8th. That's less than a month after purchase. We even purchased a warrant. They are telling us that they can't get anyone out to even look at it till the 20th. Why won't they just replace it?
