Oct. 16, 2017. Home Depot staff are always very helpful and friendly. We go in there with our miniature therapy horses and they always heartily welcome us in even if we are just in the store for training purposes and are not actually shopping. The store is also our favorite place to purchase paint, hardware, new tools, etc., and the plants for sale always look watered and fresh. -Visiting Hooves
Customer service sucks. Trying to get help in flooring now for over 40 minutes. Even went and asked an associate in the area (who was helping someone, granted) and he said he'd call someone and didn't. 6 different associates walked by is, none stopped. We finally flagged someone down who quickly informed us that they "didn't work"in that department and he was a bit put out. If there had been a Lowe's, we would have left. We are remodeling so its been this way the last 4-5 times we have gone in there.
Had excellent customer service and fast check out. Happy customer!
Horrible costumer service at the appliances. Takes a long time to find someone to help and once we did she was not very happy to help. There was another costumer who left very unhappy too after was told that all costumer service was on break and there was no one to help and we should come back later. We I bought what I needed online with not problem.
Any business that supports veterans is top notch in my eyes! Their service is great every employee willing to help.
The only thing worse than your customer service is your stupid app.
I went in to Chehalis Home Depot for several things, while I was in the garden center getting potting soil, an associate pulling pallets in RAN to help me. I proceeded to the flooring department where my million questions were answered by another very helpful and knowledgeable associate who also showed me the best way to lay the laminate flooring that I purchased. The service at checkout was also impeccable! I'm really impressed with quality of people working there.
