Hampton Bay Patio Furniture is trash! Home Depot and Hampton bay not willing to stand behind their patio sets. Paid $1600 for a set less than 2yrs ago and the table top is completely rusted and paint falling off daily! Completely unsatisfied and because it is over 12 months old no warranty coverage! Sad that you spend that kind of money and the stuff doesn’t last!
My very first visit to this store today. Rude employees, and no one asked if we needed help at all.
I would like to thank the Home Depot for their response after the tornado went thru our neighborhood yesterday. We were some of the fortunate and did not receive any damage. But I did here they were here with chain saws, supplied the sheriffs with cases of water and we saw them drive thru with the rent a truck just full of stuff. Not sure if you know how much people in the Meadowfield neighborhood appreciated that.

Wow needed a new hot water heater. After asking someone that works in the aisle they walk away and I'm left standing here. Still standing here 20 min later. Worst place don't go here!!!! Walking out and going to lowes.
Tonight's ladies' night was horrible!!! A windchime made out of a plastic pvc pipe and some washers hanging off it , when we were supposed to make a garden stand??? I didn't believe the speech about safety because we have used power tools before. Very disappointed!!!! Children should have done this project not grown women! We need Amy back!!!!
I would like to say the Home Depot In YULEE FL is very rude at least the workers in the garden department are. I was in there yesterday to buy soil, mulch and chicken wire. Well the soil and chicken wire rang up right. The mulch was placed under a sign that said 1.66 a bag and when I got to the register. It rang up 3.99 when I questioned it the guy said it doesn't matter where the product is placed its the price it rang up. RecommendedI wanted to give a huge shout out to Home Depot and Amber!!! our Lion Scouts were suppose to make bird houses and the Coronavirus delayed us from being able to. she made sets for us to bring home along with juice and snacks for the scouts so they wouldn't miss out on their patch. She went so above and beyond for us I am overwhelmed with gratitude!!
