Worst ever , need new customer service/pickup workers, the ones there now don’t know what the hell they are doing and don’t honor their prices !!! DO NOT GO HERE
Worst manager and customer service ever. They lost my lawn mower when it was sent in for repairs and refused a loaner, exchange, or refund. The mower was still under warranty. They said I needed to wait 2-4 more weeks for a replacement after waiting six weeks already for the initial repair. The manager never even apologized, just said “thats how it’s done”
Had a horrible experience in this Home Depot trying to buy a washing machine. The guy working the large appliance area passed my husband not once, but twice grabbed his water and went on break. Such a shame we can’t give our money away!

The guys in lumber helped me pick out and cut wood for a desk! I had no idea of the specifics, but they helped me and I think it turned out fantastic! Thanks guys!
We were trying to get some wood shortly before closing. As we walked into the store we asked at customer service if we should continue shopping. The employee at customer service told us to "come on and they'd take care of us". We proceeded directly to the lumber department and started loading wood. A second employee immediately (and rudely) stopped us and made us leave the store. Now we're going to Lowe's.
This is the BEST Home Depot I have ever been in! Every single person is knowledgeable about their department and incredibly helpful. It reminds me of what it was like 20 years ago.
