I would like to take a minute and give PRAISE to Store #6921... I am a cashier at this Home Depot!! After the Storm and tornado hit here in Yulee I received a phone call from my manager asking is I was okay and if I needed anything! They called all of the employees!!! What an amazing way to show that we are not just the store but we are a family! I've purchased carpeting from home depot for my home and have been extremely satisfied. Am trying to get HD's commercial installers to do a take off at my business and cannot get any call back and it has been close to a week. HD employees trying to help but maybe time for Management to get involved?????

Two orders later, over $4K spent, damaged goods, not picking up items, no credit back and told by 800 number to just reorder another set... really -- already ordered 2 damaged.... spent over 2 hours on phone today, never got a supervisor .... just put on hold over 2 hours on 2 calls.... trying a 3rd time today... never again will I spend any money with your store
I am a 63 old veteran serve in war went to Home Depot told was unable receive a military discount. I didn't meet the Home Depot criteria. It's not a big thing but I thought they would honor the veterans . I just want all military out there to know Lowe's does respect the people in and out of military. How much money does a company need.
