Special ordered 6 doors from Home Depot 12 weeks ago, they lost them...never delievered them.....when they found them, they were all damaged...I returned them having never taken possesion of them and they yet to refund the 1200.00 they charged to my credit card. Every week it is a different excuse. Still waiting....and waiting..and calling..and waiting..and calling. REALLY!!
HEADS UP! When you use your HOME DEPOT credit card, you are supposed to get 5% off. ONLY IF YOU REMIND THE CASHIER!!! It is NOT automatically taken off!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
I have been to The Home Depot in York several times in the past few weeks must say they have been amazing. Began a tiling project on my own for the first time and the gentleman explained exactly how to do it. Next project was to frame a mirror and again, the help I received was above and beyond.
