The only issue I have is not being able to tint all the tintable bases. Why carry a product if you can't use it to its maximum potential? The ladies in the paint department were great and did their best though.

I've been on hold trying to contact someone at the store for over 20 minutes. How the hell is a customer on hold waiting that long. I understand the store gets busy at times but this is horse shit. Checking on my window order because online states it has been at the store since Thursday but no word from the store. Get your shit together already. Although I guess I can't really complain about the customer service because there isn't any!!!
Never again! Two online orders for pickup. Both times missing items because "they couldn't find the product". Third time a home delivery that we paid $69 fee for I ended up only getting 8 sections of railing, which I could have picked up myself. Horrible experience. Gave them a shot. Bacj to Lowes for me.
I was pleased with the service we received yesterday. I will go again and recommend my friends to shop at East York Home Depot. Thank you keep up with the good work!
