Never again! We ordered an appliance in the East York store which had to be delivered. Did you know they don't stock their appliances in the warehouse? They make you pay for the delivery ($59). So, our appliance showed up during the 4 hour window they confirmed with us and it was the wrong color. We called the store and the girl in charge of returns/exchanges was nasty saying that it was our fault it was wrong and this was going to cost her a lot of time to fix!
