In general they are very good. The managers have done me favors and I shop here weekly. Scott was terrible recently however. Rude and no customer service skills whatsoever. Was supposed to make an appointment with me but called and said I'll be there in 20 minutes and there's no other option so I was forced to take time off from work. And they are also using will call pick up stickers that left the sticker all over my nice new expensive grill!!!! Wtf
Why do you carry a lawn mower and not carry the blades for it? This just seems dumb as hell, to me. And I hate stupid people!
