Workers are very helpful and so nice ! And plent of them to unlike other stores !
Drove 15 miles to buy a space heater for my terminally ill dog to keep her warm since the heat is off in my building -looked online and it said you had several heaters including five of the type I wanted. get there there are no heaters and received no help from an indifferent clerk who could have cared less and said what do you expect it's summer and just said we sent them back and I said well maybe you should updated your web site -she just Shrugged and walked away.
Had a 3 yr old with me. Hand loaded 20 cinderblocks on a flat bed alone and unloaded alone into my vehicle. No help was ever offered.
Customer service? What is that? You have to search for a clerk and when you do find one they tell you if they do have it it would be down aisle # on the left. Remember when they would walk with you down to where the item was to make sure you found it ? Now it seems they gather in little groups talking or playing on their phones
The delivery service which is not actually run by Home Depot is a disgrace.
Sometimes the staff can be too pushy, sometimes they are none existent. Was kinda funny one day i made a return only to listen to two older staffers bicker about a UPC code. LMAO
Absolutely the worst customer service. I will not be taking my business back to Home Depot again. Employee was nothing but rude told me to "go ahead call Corp she don't give a damn"- her words
We had a seamless gutter system installed in April. We had problems-Keith Evans came back and put flashing on to keep the water from seeping into our basement. That has all blown off. We have been calling him for 3 months and he says he is too busy. We have called 6 other numbers, yet to get a human being. There is a warranty, my basement now has water damage and we are disgusted. Something better be done- there are legal channels.
