The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I will be calling NYS Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau Monday morning

I just placed an order for $2837 for delivery was told it will be delivered for Monday 6am to 8pm (87 dollar fee with tax) for an additional fee of 20) they will narrow it down to a 4 to 6 hour window. ARE YOU KIDDI
I took the Do It Herself class Thursday evening in the East Greenbush, NY store with Kyle as the teacher. He was excellent. Very patient, kind and encouraging! I used power tools and had never before so this was a big step for me. It was a wonderful experience.
Ask for rope to be cut, guy walks away never comes back. Have to track him down, cuts the rope and says they’ll measure it upfront abc know what to charge you. Well the older man cashier had no idea, wouldn’t take my word that it was only .19 cents a foot. Calls someone to help that guy says can you show me where you got it. I say again it’s 16ft at .19 cents a foot. Guy says it has to be measured. Really 20 minutes for $2.40 keep it!!
Always good service and employees there are very friendly. Love the "in the aisle" specials.
We were helped by a very nice sales associate who helped us to select the right screen door.
I asked someone for a size of a door that was on the top shelf and the employee rolled his eyes and said this is not my department!!
