Horrible experience. Bought protection plan on washer that went out after six months. Third party vendor they sent to fix it said it was "junk put it on Craig's List". Going on 4 weeks, protection plan lost information twice and now need till next week to determine what they will do. Wasted money on a 5 year protection plan and they won't honor fixing or replacing. Go to Lowes and past this on so so others are not victims.
They are awful. They never refund your money like they are supposed to. It's literally stealing.
