Awesome place to buy appliances.
Went customer service to pick up an online order. Employee looked up my order and handed it off to someone to go to the back to get. Without saying another word to me she proceeded to start texting or something. About an hour later a person emerged from the back and said he couldn’t find it. She then went back herself and after some time came back and said I couldn’t pick it up today. The employees in the paint department were very helpful. The lady helping at the check out was very helpful too. Overall, great experience in yesterday's run to Home Depot.
Good experience it could be better. Most of the employees are friendly and want to help. But some employees need classes of costumer service..
Don't buy appliances here unless you can be with out them for months if there's ever any issues with them. I've been with out a stove for almost a month. They keep sending techs out with out fixing the issues.
Very disappointed. Came here for our Christmas tree today only to find about 5-10 dead and dying trees per stall. When we asked an associate if they could bring more out from their plentiful stock that we could see behind a blocked fence, one person told us that they couldn't before a certain time (which is untrue because my husband worked for home depot and they were allowed to pull trees out any time a customer asked) and the second associate told us they needed to "help the customers first", because we apparently were not... read more
