There is always a first for everything. First time ranting on a store. Let me tell you a quick story: purchased appliances at Home Depot, in cash, about a month ago to prepare for the move. Moving day comes and goes, Home Depot rescheduled delivery 3(!) times before I canceled the whole thing out of pure frustration with the lack of respect for my time. Are you sitting down? It was very confusing which line to get it. They had one line for self checkout and reg cashier combined When I complained the girl said they were under staffed. I didn’t think that was cool how everyone had to wait in one line when the cashier didn’t have a line. All the workers at self checkout when they could have opened another line.
