Big shout out in appreciation for their excellent customer service at the Pharr, TX location to Cesar Barrera and David in the electrical section of the store. I always go in with fear and half defeated. Today I got in line and checked to see who would help me. I was patient and it worked. Had a wonderful experience and feel like I accomplished something. Thank you so much.

Had new appliances delivered today awesome guys that brought them Chuy and Steve. They were nice and friendly. They did a great job in taking out the old appliances and installing the new. Great Job guys.

Terrible service while returning my $3 item!!! Manager isn't professional & he needs to be on top of his cash registers,!! & Train employees better it's not their fault the manager don't do his job well!! ��� Trenton has better service
