Ordered an electric smoker online for this store to be picked up. Firstly the order was incomplete in box and USED. Spoke to manager who was completely useless and really could care less about the customer because "it didn't come from her store. It was an online purchase." Yes I will be reboxing this incomplete and USED item for return and I will be purchasing from ANY competitor they may have. Home Depot sucks!
Wrong products in box's. Not a knowledgeable or helpful staff. Not enough staff at pro checkout while people sat at desk socializing. Pack a lunch
I'm tired of going to Homedepot in the mornings and they have customers everywhere ans only one check out open. I'm a Lowe's shopper now
