I wish there was an option to give zero stars...but there isn't. Customer service at this location is terrible. I will rent the machine I needed elsewhere.
Wow, what a treat. This is our Home Depot, where we drop a ton of money on a new home we purchased. Our go-to place. Awful, awful, awful service. We went for a specific freezer & thought it would be an easy trip to Home Depot. Not only did we have to wait for them to get one from the back because none were on the floor, but then we took another half hour to check out. Thus, it was over an hour in Home Depot with 2 hungry miserable kids for something that should have taken 15 minutes...max!!!!
So sorry to say ( but you sent me this request for review ) - what happened to Customer Service ? What happened to taking a customer to find what they asked you for ? What happened to greeting a customer with a smile or at least a "Hello - welcome to Home Depot". You need to walk your staff thru ORCHARD HARDWARE in Ft Lauderdale - you can't get one toe in the door before being greeted and helped by at least 2, 3 or even 4 employees.
Needed help with buying a filter for my refrigerator and of course I did not look at my filter that was in my refrigerator so they walked around until they found my refrigerator and help me pick the correct filter
Staff is like the walking dead, blank expressions, no sign of life. Most don't seem to know or care about products in their departments. Makes me have to buy 2 to 3 things and bring it home to see what works instead of being able to rely on their expertise. Products I ordered were not at will call. Some were discontinued, but were in stock when I paid for them, then apparently sold to someone else. No one cares. In the ceiling fan department, half the displayed fans are missing parts. Waiting for 20 minutes and waiting for help to get compound!! Had three employees pass by me and not even ask can i help you. Walk by with their heads down like i wasnt there!!! Bad customer service!!!!!
