The worst customer service ! Was waiting for returns for 20 minutes !! Employees standing around laughing and talking in customer service area . Only one person doing returns and line was long . Everyone was frustrated!
While at home depot I asked a young lady who was wearing an apron where would I find drop tape, she stated to ask someone wearing an apron, was she not wearing one? Unfortunately there are so many individuals that can fill that position, willing and able to assist customers but sadly she has taken that away from them. Customer service is an art form not an obligation.
i went to the kids workshop 8/1/15. There was a lady named Lisa who was getting everything prepared for the kids. SHE IS GREAT!!!! This was my first time and YES I'm going every FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH. HER ATTITUDE AND PATIENCE WAS THE BEST!!!! THANKS AGAIN HOME DEPOT FOR CHOSING THE RIGHT STAFF
