I purchased kitchen cabinets in January, arrived in March, install started in May, and they are still not fully installed. I call for an update, and it takes a week to get a callback. Then they tell me person x will call to schedule, and still no call. Missing doors, hinges, trim, damaged doors and drawer covers. I also had to call the countertop installer back for shoddy work. Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT for kitchen cabinets/ counters.
Bought 2 gallons of concrete paint, but it had to be shipped to the store. Arrived one week later and 1 gallon had opened and spilled all over the inside of the packaging. Need two gallons to complete job so they ordered another gallon. One week later go back and wait for 35 minutes for someone to find the delivered paint, only to find it was not packed properly again and spilled open, again. The worst customer service ! Let’s start with answering the phone. Go ahead see for yourself! They don ‘t answer. It ‘s just downhill from there. It’s so sad. No love❤️
