Customer service in the dept. was horrible. The guy was non communicative- didn't tell us what he was doing when he left us. Finally got the product we wanted. Check out clerk was friendly. Young man that loaded product in the car was so helpful.
I will take my business to another facility or competitor after my experience at this store. Corporate needs to really invest in their personnel by getting them trained in all aspects from product knowledge,customer service and most importantly COMMON SENSE! Being in the customer service field myself, I really don't look to respond negative to surveys but I couldn't just let my experience slide under the carpet. I could go further into details but I won't. If corporate really wishes to know then please contact me.
They sell you piece of shit tools and won't give you a refund or store credit when you try to return because you don't have a receipt and paid cash. It's obvious it's your shitty products. Never shopping here again and am cutting up my home Depot credit card. You've lost a long time customer for not refunding a 59.95 product with your stupid policy. I'll be shopping at Lowe's from now on. Thanks Leo
I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location! While shopping for rods for my daughters legs so she can walk I needed help finding the right materials so I asked a "nice" looking employee for some assistance. He then proceeded to refer to my daughter as a "thing". As I was starting to get upset I asked him why he would refer to my daughter as a "thing".
