Could not find anyone to help in the vinyl blinds cutting dept. Even called home depot from my cellphone to tell them to call a rep over. after 4 attempts and 40 mins later someone did help. Where are all the workers?????

They had a really good deal on some Ryobi tools for Father's day, so we decided to go ahead and make the investment. When we opened our package at home found out that it was missing two very important parts. An impact driver and a second battery. I called the store and they asked me to bring back my original package to exchange. When I told the girls working the service desk that I wanted to look through the box to make sure everything was there she looked annoyed as if I had inconvenienced her to do so. Guys in lawn mower dept very helpful. Cloe-cashier was sooo bad. U can tell she really didn’t want to b there. NO customer service manners at ALL!!!!!!
