Won't recommend this place to nobody..!! It's so stupid that they do not accept cash.. 😡 Can't wait till they go out of business for not taking cash.. Then they'll be wondering why they ain't got no business... 👊
I went in to return a small item and when no one was working the returns I asked who was helping to the general four people sitting around and the gal told me will get to you when we get to you were busy
Unsafe shopping environment. This store needs to do a better job enforcing masks for its employees. We had to return a online item; and the person helping us had a mask, but didn't bother wearing it, multiple other employees were not wearing a mask in close quarters. I'll stick with the local guys; they don't seem to have a problem with masks
Was there today. Today was mandatory everyone wear mask when entering a store. 2 men didn't have mask and they let them in. Do your employees not pay attention? or was it a family member ? maybe they thought no one noticed . well all of us in line did. Very disappointed in this Home Depot. Not following guidelines.
it always takes forever to have an order fulfilled and one cannot cancel a curbside pickup order after it's been places.
At a time where wearing masks is mandatory, what a total joke this store is. After waiting an hour to get inside, not only were customers not wearing mask, but most employees weren't wearing them either. This isnt an option it is mandatory and your store has failed miserably. I will not be using your store ever again.
I paid over $8 for an express next-day delivery. I had no choice. No option to wait a week for an otherwise "free" delivery. SHOULD have arrived 4/15/20 by 8pm. Now 4/16, 3:30 pm. "Express" delivery not arrived and anguished email to Customer No-Service = crickets! Or wait on the Customer No-Service phone line for hours. I'm a vulnerable demographic for Corona virus so I didn't want to go and pick up. They don't offer a deliver-to-your-car option.
