Home Depot, I would like to say thanks for providing my delivery a day late and two hours past it’s window time. I would like to thank you for not having the proper size hose and having no accommodation to fix this. I would like to thank the delivery people for leaving the trash from the delivery in my yard. If you want to design a kitchen or work with competent employees DO NOT go to this store. After wasting six hours of time with them over the course of three days we ended up canceling our order and they never did it. Incompetent morons!

Jim and Joe went above and beyond! They helped me brainstorm creative ways that I could build hoop greenhouses! Then, they went one step further...and even cut rebar for me, to save me from hours of my own unskilled labor! Thank you!!!

We went to Home Depot for a few items. It was 4:45 on a Friday. We picked up 2x4x8s that we needed cut down to 2x4x5s. We asked TWICE for help, twice they paged someone. 20+ minutes later we heard an associate an aisle over. My husband walked over and literally followed him while he waited on another customer so he would help us. This is NOT the first time assistance is no where to be found! Generally I only go to that store if I know exactly what I want and where it is in the store.
Poor.customer service still can't get my oder right after the third time damaged goods delivered and damaged property
