Enforce the wearing of masks for customers and employees. on my last 2 visits I was surrounded by customers who were let in with no mask on. There was an employee stationed outside at the entrance who was on the phone, not watching people come in. Train employees to be more customer or just hire better quality staff. The self check out ambassador let's anypne, with or without a mask, continue through the stations without sanitizing them in between. omg I feel like I've been here for hours. I have never had a good experience here and I will never return. this place is the worst
found every thing and great custumer service
There are no humans to check you out. You need to do the work they should be doing and check yourself out instead. They are ripping their customers off as they certainly haven’t lowered their prices to reflect their savings in labor costs. Recommend you shop at Lowe’s instead from now on where they still have warm bodies up front and their prices are competitive with Home Depot.
If you want to design a kitchen or work with competent employees DO NOT go to this store. After wasting six hours of time with them over the course of three days we ended up canceling our order and they never did it. Incompetent morons!

We went to Home Depot for a few items. It was 4:45 on a Friday. We picked up 2x4x8s that we needed cut down to 2x4x5s. We asked TWICE for help, twice they paged someone. 20+ minutes later we heard an associate an aisle over. My husband walked over and literally followed him while he waited on another customer so he would help us. This is NOT the first time assistance is no where to be found! Generally I only go to that store if I know exactly what I want and where it is in the store.
