The display toilets wouldn't flush, the smell was awful..
Went there to find plexiglass cut-to-size and was directed and redirected to several locations only to be told that HD does not cut plexiglass. The customer has to cut it him-/herself! I told them I had bought it there before! This, after walking around for about 20 minutes trying to find an associate in the different areas I was directed to. I told the last associate I would try Lowe's and he just said "okay." Very disappointed in their customer service.
Plymouth Township HOME DEPOT has an AMAZING TEAM and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manager Tekilla will go ABOVE and BEYOND to help. Joa & Metuchen are EXTREMELY HELPFUL & PLEASANT young men. Very pleased with my customer experience at Plymouth Township HOME DEPOT.
Over the past few months I have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot and every turn has been a pain failure on the part of Home Depot. This has truly been a nightmare for me.
