I had to find a garbage disposal, & place an order on-line to be picked up at this location. When I called the Woodstock store location, I was connected almost immediately to Ebony, in Customer Service. She helped me to place the order. I had several questions about the process, so that I could pay for it with my credit card, & then have my repair technician to pick it up at the store. Ebony walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions & was extremely helpful! Thank you, Home Depot Woodstock, & Ebony!

Visited this store this evening to buy all the supplies necessary to redo my laundry room - flooring, lumber, paint and a few tools. When I asked an associate for help in the lumber department, he told me that he was the person to help but that he didn't clock in for another 30 min. And then offered no additional help as to finding someone else, asking what I needed, etc. so I went next door and purchased everything at Lowes. No excuse for a lack of customer service!

I ask an associate where the generators would be and he told me if we did have them they would be by the air compressors or out in the garden Center he didn't even bother to take me to where they would be after looking at both those areas I did end up finding them by the garden tools inside the store

Gerard in the contractor area is selective as to who he helps load materials in their vehicle. Be aware if you look a certain way you may not get the service.
