Excellent service today at online pickup/customer service! The associate did everything at the door and helped me load up so I didn't have to wake up sleeping kids. I love when sales reps go the extra mile to provide that extra bit of excellent customer service!
We had a great day at the kids workshop. Cant wait until next months!
They are often out of materials and their saws always seem to be broken!!!! �
I highly highly recommend Jim in flooring. He is so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We got an estimate on wood flooring and he assisted us every step of the way to save money and get the best products. I cannot express how lucky this company is to have him! I highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!
I am beyond upset after today. I was told my delivery time was between 3-7 today. At seven I called and was told that it was actually 3:45-7:45. I called back at 8. I was told to wait until 9. At 9 I asked for a refund so I could go to Lowe's. They told me that I should wait because they sometimes deliver at 10! Then at 9:45 they called back and told me that the delivery men were on their way! I was ready to forgive and forget and just take my washer and dryer and call it a night. After comparing prices, I chose to come back to this Home Depot and give them my business because EVERY single time I come here there are MANY associates visible and willing to help. When I went to their competitor, on a Saturday no less, I walked the entire store and saw 2 people who were both otherwise occupied. This Home Depot never disappoints!!!
Asked for help in the paint dept, guy took me right to it...also the cashier Savannah was such a delight to deal with
