We are very disappointed with a dishwasher purchased from Home Depot, which was delivered on Monday. The tub stays very wet, even when we push the heated drying cycle, and the flatware does not fit through the holes in the basket. I called Home Depot and said I'd like to return the dishwasher. I was told they don't take returns and I should call the manufacturer, or place an add on CraigsList. We have no way of knowing how a dishwasher will work until it is actually hooked up in the home. Tool rental wouldn’t let me rent a piece of equipment despite my Dodge Dakota being rated to tow the equipment. I showed proof of my truck’s towing capacity and the clerks refused to answer my question of what the total weight of the equipment + trailer was. He kept repeating the same phrase like a mindless robot. I bought my Dodge with a V8 and the HD towing package because it is rated to tow 5750 lbs., well more than any other brand truck in this size truck. Tried to get someone to sell us an expensive refrigerator. One guy on the phone the whole time waved us off and another woman was too busy and when we asked if she could call someone to help us she rudely said, "what DO you need?" When we replied we were ready to buy a refrigerator she said she was tied up. We left and bought our fridge from your competitor.
Wonderful staff. Very welcoming and dog friendly (which is great on a hot day so you don’t have to leave your furbaby in the car)
