I swear to God if I walk into this store one more time and have to be harassed by the Solar City sales pitch kid one more time I'm going to punch him in the face. You can't ever go to this store without being bullied by someone. If it's not him it's someone trying to sell me a new kitchen or refaced cabinets. Instead of harassing customers you should spend more time training your employees to be more knowledgeable about their departments. If Lowes was closer I'd never come back to this store again.
I went in looking for an electrical cord for my electric dryer because the ground was different on the outlet in the townhouse I moved to. I asked an associate in appliances where they were located. She wasn't listening to me and seemed overwhelmed and kept referring to gas dryers. After telling her I don't have a gas dryer 3 times, she said that I would have to rewire the entire townhouse (which I rent) to use my dryer. I am doing a bathroom remodel. I have been there 8-9 times during this time. Every single time I've been there the service and all the staff were AWESOME!!! Everyone smiles...is courteous and extremely helpful. Shout out to the people in paint.. plumbing and baths section. TREMENDOUS WORK!!
It is usually hard to find anyone to help you find what need. When you do receive help it is usually from someone that acts as if you are bothering them. I actually had an employee follow me into the restroom like I was trying to steal something one time. Even though I live 2 minutes away I still drive out to Lowes in Monroeville. Much nicer staff and store.
Had a washer and dryer delivered this evening. The two gentlemen that did the installation were John and Chevy. They were the nicest guys you'd ever meet. So pleasant and professional. They called and let me know they were on their way just like I was told would happen. They bought in the appliances and made sure not to run up against any walls. Installed them both, took out their garbage and even wiped up the snow from their boots with paper towels. Was very pleased!!
what happened there today - reports of shirts stolen from a rescue group - people being rude
What kind of business allows its employees to harass a rescue that was invited there to participate in an event? If you are an employee, your opinion of the merchandise the they had (until someone stole it all!) is not relevant. Security cameras will be reviewed and the thieves will be caught. Expect charges to be pressed!
Favorite store, I always get help when I need it.
Shameful how you treated a customer who served this country.
