My husband, son, daughter and myself came to your store on Sat Feb 4th looking for some paint colors. We were unaware of the kid workshops going on that day. When we came in Chris told us about it when he greeted us at the door but it was already over for the day. We continued through the store looking at lighting, flooring and finally to paints. We recently had carpet installed and where we are happy with carpet it's self we were extremely disappointed in the contractors that installed it. We had cracks in our drywall and other marks left by them and were told this is normal damage. Had I known this was normal damage to them I would of used someone else. We also had a terrible experience with home depot corporate customer care and had an even harder time getting someone any where to care enough to rectify the damage. We are currently remodeling our kitchen and have been making almost daily trips to the Home Depot. We travel with a 2.5 year old and 11 month old. Needless to say, the trips aren't very long because of the crying and whining. However, on our trip there last night, an employee seen my Husband and I struggling to get the boys into the cart and suggested we try their brand new carts for kids with a steering wheel.
