I will NEVER use Home Depot for any kind of installation again! We ordered a specific kind of carpet that was to be fast-tracked and installed within 5-7 business days. 3 WEEKS LATER we STILL don’t have our carpet in, because it took about a week of going round and around with them over covering some old asbestos tiles, which their installer said wasn’t a problem. Customer service sucks. They subcontract delivery and take no responsibility for the products they sell at their store.

We were at the west mifflin home depot this evening and the young man (Nick) who helped us out at the paint counter was awesome. he was very knowledgeable and went above and .beyond to help us. He is great employee, I hope home depot realizes it Great work ethic.
This specific location is filled with employees that hate their life so they give the customers attitude smh
My daughter received terrible customer service in this store over paint that was such poor quality it was clumping as she was rolling it. After being told to bring it back, she was told at the store that there was nothing wrong with it and that she needed to strain it. Finally a supervisor got involved, saw the problem and replaced the paint. The sales associate in the paint department was rude both when she bought the paint and when she brought it back. Great community program by having the free kids workshop once a month. My kids love building the projects and showing them off.
