Racist store! I didn't appreciate the entire vibe of this store and will spend my money at Lowes.
I just bought a window air conditioner unit from West Mifflin Home Depot. I got it home and it was wet, the box and the air conditioner like it had been used. It was leaking water. The additional window pieces were not securely packaged and some parts were scuffed and indented signaling that it was a return. I called and they tried telling me they test them from time to time in store. 2 other HD's debunked that. West Mifflin sucks.
my daughter just bought a brand new window air conditioner today from there carried it up to our 2nd floor apt all by herself opened the box and water was pouring out it was returned apparently she called west mifflin store they lied and said sometimes they check their stuff but if she wanted to return it to come back out all the plugs and packaging was already taken apart there were scratches on it she called bethel park and Robinson home depot they said thats a lie they dont try their stuff out do not shop at home depot we... read more
After shopping there for many years I will never set foot in that store again!! Asst GM Tim is the rudest most unprofessional person I ever met. Started out over the phone being very rude to me he told me GM Kevin does not have a schedule he comes and goes as he pleases, lie, when I told him I have a Lowe’s a mile from my house which I do he told me to shop there for they would love my business. We ordered our windows from Home Depot. We needed to make a change and when the person (which won’t take the blame, pointing the finger to someone else) made the change he changed the size of our windows. So when our contractor went to put them in they didn’t fit. So it’s now only 40 degrees and I have plywood where my new windows should be and I now have to wait 2/3 weeks to get new windows in. this store is the problem with this virus going on and I understand safety but when you close the out side part of your store but you still let people inside a closed environment. ur the problem!

The website is the slowest of any site . I usually give up and order from Lowes. Also, try returning something that you’ve had awhile- They are rude!
