I wanted to share a really bad experience that my grandparents had. My grandmother purchased a refrigerator and an oven from your store. She paid extra to have the existing appliances removed. First off, the wait time for the new appliances was significantly longer than initially stated. When they finally came, they only had the oven and no fridge. Purchased $1350 worth of kitchen cabinets on 7/9/17 from the West Mifflin, PA store and PAID IN FULL. Were told (4) of the items in the order weren't in stock. Were assured they were available from another local store and would be at the West Mifflin store in a few days. Finally got a call this evening that (2) of the "owed" items were in. Made a trip to the store only to find both were DAMAGED.
