Extremely busy, but it was Memorial Day....but we've never gone there without receiving great help and friendly cashiers no matter the day.
I can usually find what I need easily since I have been there many times but on occasion I need to ask an employee and they usually know where to direct me. Yesterday I needed to buy a new microwave oven. After deciding on the one I wanted I had to ask an employee to get it for me as it was on a bottom shelf in the far back.
I should be able to select zero stars. Employees just walk by and avoid eye contact.
Wanted to buy a new drill/driver today. I stood around the tool aisle for about 20 minutes and received zero help. Multiple staff people walked right by me without even a hello. I didn't buy anything. I work retail and I know the #1 things is to say hello to every customer and ask if I can help. I guess that philosophy wasn't in effect at Home Depot today.
We have now just finished up our 35th day of installation for refacing cabinets and a new counter top in our kitchen. That does not count the time it took for the installation to start (40 days). And it is still not done. The miscommunication is just unbelievable.
I've never had so many issues with what started as an online order with an in-store pick up in the Bothell store. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with the exception of one employee who did what she could to help. I will be following up with a detailed letter to corporate.
One minute, I was literally one minute pass 10pm. All I needed was one drainage hose for my new dishwasher and they wouldn't let me get one. The attendant smiled as he told me no they're closed. Really poor customer service, I am so frustrated that I'm writing this in the parking lot.
